Who handles your information
Tyasi LLC operates ReportPatch. Contact hello@getreportpatch.com about privacy, access, correction or deletion requests.
Enquiries and correspondence
If you enquire, we collect the business contact details, agency name, website, reporting description and consent you provide, together with the submission time and enquiry reference. We use them to assess fit, answer you, prepare an agreed scope and manage the engagement. Do not send client personal records, passwords, payment-card details or sensitive information in the form.
Services that process information
We use OpenAI services to review and manage enquiries and correspondence, Cloudflare storage and hosting through Sites, and Instantly with its email provider for business email. These providers process information needed to operate the service. Payments are handled on Stripe-hosted pages; Stripe collects payment and billing information under its own privacy policy. ReportPatch does not collect full card numbers through this website.
Client source data
The working report sample processes imported files locally in your browser without uploading or storing them on our server. Begin an engagement with redacted aggregate exports. Before receiving client files, we agree the permitted data, transfer method, processing tools, access and retention in writing. We do not request your clients’ passwords.
Retention and security
Unconverted enquiries are reviewed for deletion after 30 days. Contract, payment and delivery records are retained as needed to fulfill the engagement and meet accounting and legal obligations. Hosting and email providers may retain security logs or backups according to their own policies. Access to enquiry records is limited to the service operator using authenticated tools. Hosting providers may process standard connection and security information; our form uses a short-lived hashed connection identifier for rate limiting.
Cookies and marketing
We do not install advertising or cross-site marketing trackers. Hosting security and owner sign-in functions may use necessary platform technology. An enquiry is permission to respond about that enquiry, not a subscription to unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop business messages at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@getreportpatch.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a concern. We may need to verify the request and retain records required by law or an active engagement. Additional privacy rights may apply where you live. This business service is not intended for children.
