THE REPORTING RESET
For agencies with an existing reporting process that needs a clear, maintainable reset. We start with representative exports, agree the definitions, then build and check the report.
Up to three agreed export formats, a field map, and a metric dictionary. Missing data and attribution limits stay visible.
One branded report template, configured for up to five clients using the same schema. Period comparisons, channel detail, and review notes.
A repeatable import process, reconciliation checks, written instructions, and one revision round. Source and templates belong to you.
TRY THE WORK
This sample reads monthly channel totals and checks the inputs before calculating anything. It illustrates the work; client implementations are separately scoped.
Use monthly aggregates only: month, source, spend, conversions, currency. USD only. Files stay in this browser; no account, upload, or storage. Please use non-sensitive sample data.

WHAT TO REVIEW
WHAT THIS DOESN’T PROVE
Platforms may claim the same conversion. These totals are not unique leads, revenue, ROAS, or causal impact. Confirm lead quality and attribution before changing spend.
One row per month and channel. Month is YYYY-MM. Spend must be a finite nonnegative number; conversions must be a nonnegative integer. Currency must be USD. Duplicate month/channel rows, inconsistent columns, or invalid values reject the entire import. Empty values are errors, not zeros. Maximum 500 rows / 1 MB.

THE ENGAGEMENT
Best fit: an agency managing 5–30 clients, with representative exports and one person who can approve metric definitions and the final report.
Live API connectors, tracking repair, ad management, attribution reconstruction, historical data recovery, and ongoing reporting operations require separate scope.
START WITH THE FIT
Share your reporting bottleneck. We will review the fit before offering the paid scope review. Please send only business contact information, not client data or credentials.
ReportPatch uses your business contact details and description to assess the service fit and respond. Enquiries are processed using OpenAI services and stored in hosted Cloudflare storage through Sites, accessible to the service operator. No advertising trackers are installed. Unconverted enquiries are reviewed for deletion after 30 days. Do not submit personal client records, passwords, financial account details, or sensitive information. You can request correction or deletion by replying to our response. An enquiry creates no contract or payment obligation. Read the full privacy notice.
Your form submission is stored immediately. You can also reach ReportPatch at hello@getreportpatch.com. Replies are handled by email.
A FEW PLAIN ANSWERS
You receive a reusable report template, agreed source mappings, validation checks, and written instructions for repeating the reporting process. We agree deliverables and acceptance criteria before work begins.
Only if that is the agreed fit. The sprint can work with exported data and existing tools. We do not promise live connectors or automatically emailed reports without testing and explicit scope.
No. Begin with redacted aggregate exports. Any later implementation access must use client-approved roles or scoped credentials in client-owned accounts.
No. Acceptance is based on agreed report outputs, reconciliation, and the handoff process. We will measure the reporting workflow rather than invent a return on investment.
