REPORTPATCH — REPORTING SPRINT SCOPE BRIEF Business mailbox setup is in progress. Enquiry and payment intake open after setup is verified. No payment can be taken through this brief. PRICE: USD 2,500 total. USD 500 for the initial scope/data review, USD 1,000 after scope approval before build, USD 1,000 after acceptance. No subscription is included. FIT: Marketing agencies with an existing monthly client reporting process, representative aggregate exports, and an authorized approver. No personal or sensitive client records are needed for the initial review. DELIVERABLES: One metric dictionary and source field map; up to three agreed export formats; one branded reusable report template; up to five client configurations with the same schema; an import/reconciliation checklist; written handoff; one revision round; 14 days of defect fixes against agreed scope. TIMING: Five business days after approved written scope, representative samples, and the initial USD 1,500 total received. Source delays move the delivery date by agreement. Scope review is delivered within two business days of payment and complete samples. Work is async-first. ACCEPTANCE: Representative inputs import successfully. Totals reconcile to agreed exports and rounding rules. Defined metrics calculate correctly. Missing/invalid data and attribution limits are visible. The template can be reused for the agreed client configurations. Written instructions reproduce the monthly process. Client reviews within three business days; silence is not acceptance. Material scope changes require a separate written estimate before work begins. IF UNSUITABLE: Stop after the USD 500 review. The client receives the written findings; the remaining USD 2,000 is not due. No build work begins without written scope approval. If we cannot deliver the paid review, that review payment is refunded. Further cancellation and refund terms must be agreed in the signed order before payment. EXCLUDED: Live API integrations unless separately agreed, attribution reconstruction, tracking repair, advertising management, historical data recovery, ongoing monthly operations, new software subscriptions, and guaranteed time or revenue savings. INFORMATION FOR THE FIT REVIEW: 1. Agency website and business contact. 2. Current monthly report and approximate client count. 3. Three most important decisions the report should support. 4. Export sources and a redacted example of each. 5. Current workflow, pain points, and reporting deadline. 6. Currency, timezone, date range, metric definitions, and attribution rules. 7. Who can approve scope and acceptance? DATA: Start with redacted aggregate exports through a separately agreed secure transfer. Use role-based, client-approved access for implementation. Deliver source/templates to the client. Remove working copies after handoff and an agreed retention window; operational retention and processor terms must be confirmed before collecting client data. SERVICE NOTES: The website uses synthetic sample data, not a customer case study. Implementation outputs require source reconciliation and client approval. Seller identity, business contact, billing details and signed service terms must be completed before taking payment.
